TRAVEL

Here are some shots that I made in Italy and in my travels in others country.
Crete

I visited Crete for vacation in 2014, so I could appreciate the island's historic importance as the home of the Minoan civilization with important archeological finds at Knossos, and more recent,

religious and cultural location, like Arkadi Monastery, Diktaio Andro that i captured in my pictures.

Crete is an island with an exquisite 1,000 Kilometer-long coastline dotted with numerous coves, bays and peninsulas, which afford a multitude of soft, sandy beaches along the beautifully blue Mediterranean Sea. I could appreciate the beautiful beaches of Agios Nikolaos, Elounda and Spinalonga on the nice Mirabello Gulf, Rethymno, Chersonisou, Pacheia Ammos, Sitia, Istro Go and nice the exquisite Vai beach.

Amsterdam.

Amsterdam is one of the greatest small cities in the world. From Amsterdam canals to world-famous Amsterdam museums and historical Amsterdam sights, it is one of the most romantic and beautiful cities in Europe. Canal cruises are a popular way to see the city from the perspective of its canals. Amsterdam is also a city of tolerance and diversity. It has all the advantages of a big city: rich culture, lively Amsterdam nightlife, international restaurants, good transport but is quiet, and largely thanks to its extensive canals, has a little road traffic. In this city your destination is never far away, but get a bike for an authentic local experience. Museums are the main tourist attraction in Amsterdam. Everyone knows Van Gogh Museum and Anna Frank Museum, but there is much more. offeeshops in Holland are allowed to sell small amounts of cannabis and are strictly regulated and taxed. Furthermore, coffeeshops must not sell to anyone under 18 and they must not sell more than 5g to any customer. Hard drugs are strictly prohibited.

Prague.

Prague was the ancient capital of Charles IV's Bohemian Kingdom, and has played a pivotal role in the development of Central Europe since the Middle Ages. Its epic history has produced a vibrant city of stunning buildings and lovely old squares, with the result that today, Prague is one of the world's most beautiful cities. The city centre of Prague is divided into five areas, spanning both banks of the Vltava River. Charles Bridge is the main  connection between the two. On one side of the Vltava River is the Old Town (Staré Město), with the Old Town Square at its heart; the New Town (Nové Město), with Wenceslas Square at its heart; and the Jewish Quarter (Josefov). On the other side of the river is the Lesser Town (Malá Strana), and the Castle District (Hradčany), with Prague Castle at its heart. The dramatic history of Prague is reflected in the beauty of its buildings. Once the seat of a mighty medieval empire, Prague is an open air museum best explored on foot. River cruises are also a popular and relaxing way to see the sights, as many Prague attractions border the river.

Paris.

Every word is superfluous to describe Paris, one of the most famous and romantic cities in the world.

Paris is the home of the most visited art museum in the world, the Louvre, as well as the Musée d'Orsay, noted for its collection of French Impressionist art, and the Musée National d'Art Moderne, a museum of modern and contemporary art. The notable architectural landmarks of Paris include Notre Dame Cathedral (12th century); the Sainte-Chapelle (13th century); the Eiffel Tower (1889); and the Basilica of Sacré-Cœur on Montmartre (1914). In 2014 Paris received 22.4 million visitors, making it one of the world's top tourist destinations. Paris is also known for its fashion, particularly the twice-yearly Paris Fashion Week, and for its haute cuisine, and three-star restaurants. Most of France's major universities and grandes écoles are located in Paris, as are France's major newspapers, including Le Monde, Le Figaro, and Libération.
